IPAA envisions development of artistic talent into full artistic expression. In the disciplines of music, dance and theatre, the Academy's two-fold purpose is:
1) To provide a systematic approach to creative development through education and training. 2) To provide opportunities for expression of developed talent in a performance environment.
Through the arts, young students will enrich their lives, maturation and development as responsible, productive members of their community.
